Job summary

Impact Networking, LLC is seeking a TOC Systems Engineer I to join our Managed IT team within Service Operations. You will support customer systems infrastructure and desktop computing, working with end users, internal teams, and vendors to restore service and complete server, workstation, backup, monitoring, and cloud tasks.

The role emphasizes monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintaining server, storage, workstation, and cloud environments, updating documentation, and assisting with capacity

Qualifications

2+ years in IT support, help desk, systems administration, or technical operations.
MSP experience preferred; internships or certifications considered.
Foundational knowledge of virtualization, servers, cloud, networking, and endpoint support.
Experience with Windows Server, VMware/ESXi, AD, DNS, and Microsoft Azure/M365 preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide world-class customer support and technical assistance.
Handle incidents, changes, and service requests; restore service and document work.
Monitor infrastructure, verify alerts, and escalate issues as needed.
Document work and maintain system documentation in HaloPSA; communicate status clearly to customers.
