Job summary

Impact Networking, LLC is seeking a TOC Systems Engineer I within our Managed IT group. You will support server, storage, workstation, cloud, and application environments, assist with monitoring, troubleshooting, and routine system administration alongside senior engineers.

The role emphasizes customer-focused IT support, documented processes, and ongoing training while enabling growth through certifications and cross-technology exposure.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years in IT support, help desk, systems administration, or technical operations; MSP experience preferred.
Foundational knowledge of virtualization, server, cloud technologies, endpoint support, and networking concepts.
Working knowledge of Windows Server, VMware/ESXi environments, Active Directory, DNS, Azure, Microsoft 365, and backup solutions.

Responsibilities

Provide world-class customer support for Impact Networking customer environments.
Handle incidents, change orders, and service requests; restore service and document work performed.
Monitor infrastructure by learning alert platforms and troubleshooting procedures; escalate as needed.
Document technical work and track time in HaloPSA with clear customer communications.
