Responsibilities

• Manage daily, weekly, and monthly reporting for performance, compliance and invoicing.
• Analyze transportation details to identify efficiency improvements.
• Oversee data integrity across systems and files.
• Ensure processes comply with laws and regulations; seek guidance when needed.
• Develop metrics and present results to customers or leaders.
• Review claims/damages and conduct root-cause analyses for accountability.
• Assist with customer requests, applying transportation principles.
• Coordinate truck yard traffic and interactions with drivers.
• Liaise between production facility and transportation support team.
• Engage with clients daily.
