Qualifications

• Characteristics: Able to lead staff, prioritize work and resolve operational delays.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with internal/external customers; manage profiles and service needs; address escalated questions.
• Ensure staff training and provide direction; supervise work and assign tasks.
• Oversee processing of services to reflect company policies and requirements.
