• Manage documents for accuracy and update data in systems to resolve issues.
• Use databases, logs, and other sources to locate and verify information.
• Track orders and shipments and assist with tracing; create and process invoices, and review operational details for accuracy.
• Assist with running and summarizing operational reports and prepare information for quotes.
