Job summary

CEVA Logistics is seeking a detail-oriented Supply Chain Operations Analyst I to support reporting, analytics, and transportation logistics activities. You will manage routine reports, analyze operational details for improvements, and ensure data integrity across systems while upholding regulatory requirements.

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s in Transportation/Operations/SCM with limited related experience.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Transportation, Operations or SCM; Master’s preferred.
Less than one year of related experience required.
Ability to develop analytics, reports and transportation logistics communications.
Familiarity with common systems and databases used in transportation and logistics.

Responsibilities

Manage daily, weekly, and monthly reporting for performance, compliance and invoicing.
Analyze operational or transportation details for improvements, savings or efficiency.
Oversee data integrity in systems; classify, audit, and record information.
Ensure processes comply with laws and regulations; seek interpretation when needed.
Develop metrics and goals; present to customers or leaders; prep templates.
Review claims and damages; perform root-cause analyses; report findings.
Assist with responding to customer requests using transportation principles.
