Job summary

CEVA Logistics in Houston, TX is seeking a Warehouse Pricing Analyst to develop competitive pricing models for Contract Logistics (CL) opportunities and to support profitability through cost-aware strategies.

You will work with Sales, Solutions Design, Finance, and Operations to analyze costs, build pricing standards, and mentor teammates, contributing to continuous improvement across the pricing function.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of pricing, cost accounting, or financial analysis experience in a 3PL or warehouse logistics environment.
• Experience with warehouse operations and P&L analysis.
• Strong analytical and Excel skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.

Responsibilities

• Develop accurate, competitive pricing for Contract Logistics (CL) opportunities.
• Analyze warehouse operating costs, financial data, and P&L performance to support pricing decisions.
• Create and enhance pricing tools, templates, and methodologies for efficiency and consistency.
• Establish and maintain pricing standards, best practices, and process documentation.
• Ensure pricing proposals align with CEVA policies, financial objectives, and operational standards.
• Collaborate with Business Development, Solutions Design, Finance, and Operations on pricing strategy.
• Mentor and support new team members while driving continuous improvement.
