Job summary

CEVA Logistics is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Operation Specialist III CL to support operational tasks, data reporting, and transportation operations across regional shipments. You will build relationships with customers, monitor service needs, and escalate complex issues to resolve delays or billing questions.

The role emphasizes data accuracy, use of multiple software systems, and collaboration with internal teams to improve efficiency.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED.
• Five years of office experience in a logistics/transportation environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related software.

Responsibilities

• Develop working relationships with internal and external customers; manage customer profiles, service needs and inquiries.
• Interface with airlines, shipping lines, trucks and carriers to track shipments and understand requirements.
• Manage documents for accuracy and update data in software systems; identify missing or potential issues.
• Track orders and shipments, assist with tracing, and support invoicing and payment queries.
• Prepare information for quotes and assist with standard to complex quotes.
