Job summary

CEVA Logistics seeks a leadership-driven individual to manage customer relationships, oversee service delivery, and guide staff in a dynamic supply chain environment. You will collaborate with trainers, prioritize work, and ensure compliance with policies while addressing escalated service needs.

You will analyze complex operational data, prepare quotes, and coordinate with customers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure timely, accurate shipments and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Requires at least a High School diploma or GED; Associates degree preferred.
• Five years of specialized logistics or related operations support experience.
• Proficient in MS Office, internet apps, and logistics software.
• Able to review, verify logistics data, and prepare complex quotes.
• Capable of tracking and tracing complex or sensitive shipments.
• Experience leading staff or teams and prioritizing work.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with internal or external customers and assist with account management.
• Train staff with supervisors and provide direction and feedback.
• Oversee service processing to reflect company policies and requirements.
• Identify services requiring expedited handling and assist accordingly.
• Run, analyze, and summarize complex operational reports for leadership.
• Prepare information required for quotes and address potential services.
