Job summary

CEVA Logistics is seeking a Supply Chain Operations Specialist II in Miami, FL to provide essential operational support across the supply chain, focusing on data reporting, shipment tracking, and carrier coordination. You will build relationships with customers and carriers, handle documentation, and support invoicing and quotes.

The role emphasizes accuracy, timely communication, and compliance within a dynamic, global logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Five years of office experience in a logistics/transportation environment.
• Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, Internet, web-based and job specific software applications.
• Ability to prepare basic reports, queries, and operational information.
• Ability to track and trace basic shipments or product.

Responsibilities

• Develop working relationships with internal and external customers, assist with account management and address shipment, billing, status, services and carrier questions.
• Interface with airlines, shipping, truck and related carriers to understand requirements and track shipments.
• Manage documents for accuracy; update customer data in systems and identify issues to resolve.
• Utilize databases, logs and other sources to locate and verify information.
• Track orders and shipments and assist with tracing; create and process invoices and review for operational accuracy.
• Assist with running and summarizing operational reports and details; help prepare quotes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain a safe work environment.
