SSA Group is seeking a Jr Sous Chef in Cincinnati to lead daily kitchen operations, ensure safety and quality, and support guest services. The role emphasizes teamwork, training, and efficient task execution in a fast‑paced environment.

You will collaborate with the Sous Chef, manage prep lists, and help drive continuous improvement while maintaining SSA standards and regulatory compliance.

• Oversee kitchen prep, safety, quality, and daily operations for quick‑service environments.
• Supervise safety logs, hygiene practices, and uniform compliance.
• Coach and develop BOH staff, issue performance feedback, and document progress.
• Assist with scheduling, daily tasks, and guest interaction as needed.
• Communicate daily service issues to the Sous Chef and Operations Manager.
