Job summary

Starcom seeks a Search Analyst to join Razorfish within Constellation, focusing on day-to-day management of paid search campaigns and AI-enabled optimization. This entry-level role offers growth as you learn to harness data and technology for client impact.

You will collaborate with client teams, support budget management, and develop insights from performance data, while adopting new AI tools to improve strategies.

Qualifications

• Internship in search or 1–2 years in a related field preferred.
• Solid foundation in critical thinking, quantitative analysis, and effective writing.
• Ability to collaborate in teams and solve problems independently.
• Experience managing competing priorities and meeting deadlines in fast-paced environments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel; familiarity with data visualization tools and SEM platforms helpful.
• Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
• Willingness to learn AI tools (LLMs, Python) to improve campaigns and workflows.
• Adaptability and eagerness to master new technologies, including AI analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Understand evolving paid search landscape and best practices through learning and training.
• Develop and optimize campaign components (keywords, ad copy, landing pages, account structure) using AI tools and analytics.
• Assist in budgeting and meeting performance goals with strong account oversight.
• Coordinate daily campaign operations including trafficking, testing, optimization, and troubleshooting.
• Lead AI agents to support daily search tasks and improve workflow efficiency.
• Cultivate relationships with publishers like Google and Bing and stay updated on trends.
• Manage monthly media spend accounting for accuracy and accountability.
• Analyze performance data from multiple sources and generate client/in-house reports.
• Identify opportunities and risks in large datasets and provide strategic recommendations.
• Prepare routine and ad-hoc client reports with clear insights.
• Participate in QA processes under guidance of Search Strategists/Supervisors.
• Foster continuous learning and contribute new ideas to the team.
