Qualifications

• Internship or 1–2 years in a relevant field.
• Strong critical thinking, quantitative analysis, and writing.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency with Excel and data visualization tools.
• Familiarity with LLMs and Python is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engage with the paid search landscape and best practices through ongoing learning.
• Develop and optimize campaigns including keywords, ad copy, landing pages, and account structure with analytics support.
• Assist in budgeting to meet performance goals under supervision.
• Coordinate daily campaign operations: trafficking, testing, optimization, troubleshooting.
• Coordinate AI agents to support daily search tasks and improve workflow.
• Build relationships with publisher partners (Google, Bing, others).
• Prepare routine and ad-hoc reports with clear insights for clients and internal teams.
• Contribute strategic recommendations from data analyses.
