You will derive insights, track metrics, and build scalable reporting using SQL and Python, collaborating with cross-functional partners on regulatory requirements and market expansion. This remote-first role offers growth within a data-driven culture.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in an analytically-driven role; internships valued.
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field as listed.
• Solid knowledge of SQL, Python, or similar scripting languages.
• Familiar with data mining, visualization, and basic modeling.
• Interest in consumer lending regulations and responsible ML.

Responsibilities

• Derive insights to optimize product, risk, or growth strategies across geographies.
• Monitor portfolio health by tracking performance metrics and trends.
• Write clean SQL and Python for scalable reporting and ML model support.
• Collaborate with Product, Legal, and Compliance to translate rules into data models.
• Support launches and market entries with data-driven risk and ops alignment.
