Little Masters Development Center LLC in New York City seeks an Early Intervention Recruiter who is highly organized and driven to expand our network of therapists and providers across NYC. You will source candidates, screen, and coordinate onboarding to support timely provider coverage.

• Conduct phone screenings and interviews
• Coordinate credentialing and onboarding documentation Maintain communication with providers throughout the hiring process
• Build long-term relationships with therapists and clinicians
