Job summary

Stand Out Care is seeking qualified Early Intervention providers to join our growing team and support infants and young children with developmental needs across New York City's five boroughs.

Positions offer opportunities to accept cases based on availability and preferred service areas, with collaboration alongside families, Service Coordinators, and EI professionals. NYS licenses/certifications (LCSW, LMSW, or Teacher of Students with Disabilities Birth–Grade 2) are required or preferred.

Qualifications

• Valid New York State licenses/certifications: LCSW, LMSW, or Teaching Students with Disabilities Birth–Grade 2.
• Experience with infants/toddlers or children with developmental needs preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; able to work independently with families and EI professionals.

Responsibilities

• Provide Early Intervention services to children and families per IFSP.
• Deliver developmentally appropriate, family-centered services.
• Collaborate with parents/caregivers, Service Coordinators, and EI team.
• Maintain accurate session notes and required documentation.
• Communicate progress with families and Stand Out Care.
• Adhere to Early Intervention policies and documentation requirements.
• Maintain professionalism and reliable, consistent communication.

Early Intervention Provider – Stand Out Care

About the Role

Stand Out Care is currently seeking qualified Early Intervention providers to join our growing team and take on new cases throughout the five boroughs of New York City.

We are looking for dedicated professionals who are passionate about supporting infants and young children with developmental needs while working closely with their families. Providers will have opportunities to accept cases based on their availability and preferred service areas.

We currently have cases available and are actively recruiting providers throughout Brooklyn, Queens, the Bronx, Manhattan, and Staten Island.

Responsibilities

• Provide Early Intervention services to children and families in accordance with each child's Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP).
• Deliver developmentally appropriate and family-centered services.
• Work collaboratively with parents/caregivers, Service Coordinators, and other members of the child's Early Intervention team.
• Maintain accurate and timely session notes and required documentation.
• Communicate regularly with families and the Stand Out Care team regarding services and progress.
• Follow applicable Early Intervention policies, procedures, and documentation requirements.
• Maintain professionalism, reliability, and consistent communication with families and team members.

Qualifications

Candidates must hold at least one of the following valid New York State licenses/certifications:

• LCSW – Licensed Clinical Social Worker
• LMSW – Licensed Master Social Worker
• Teacher of Students with Disabilities (Birth–Grade 2)

Experience working with infants, toddlers, young children, and/or children with developmental needs is preferred.
