Qualifications

• Recruiting or staffing experience preferred.
• Healthcare or Early Intervention experience is a major plus.
• Strong communication and follow-up skills.
• Organized and self-motivated.
• Ability to work independently and meet hiring goals.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and onboard Early Intervention providers
• Source candidates through job boards, networking, schools, and outreach
• Conduct phone screenings and interviews
• Coordinate credentialing and onboarding documentation Maintain communication with providers throughout the hiring process
• Build long-term relationships with therapists and clinicians
• Help grow provider coverage across NYC boroughs
