Job summary

Nyman Associates, Inc. in the Northeastern US seeks a Senior Clinical Lead for Early Intervention to oversee recruitment, credentialing, and onboarding for preschool EI services. You will coordinate with recruiting, ensure compliance, and oversee field support to drive timely onboarding.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years experience as a clinician delivering preschool early intervention services
  • Active discipline-specific license and/or certification

Responsibilities

  • Submit and maintain Early Intervention job requisitions.
  • Complete interview process to place EI candidates in open positions.
  • Complete activities required to issue employment agreements.
  • Document candidate management data in required systems.
  • Collaborate with recruiting to align candidates, positions and requirements.
  • Follow up to move candidates through interview and onboarding efficiently.
  • Work with Nyman onboarding team to support candidate onboarding.
  • Assist EI Administrative Assistant with partner onboarding requirements.
  • Support university outreach, conferences and career fair activities.
  • Support clinical and mentorship initiatives for new graduates.
  • Provide clinical support to EI team in Philadelphia County.
  • Schedule and facilitate Therapeutic Options training and recertifications.
  • Maintain Therapeutic Options training completion data.
  • Facilitate New Hire Orientation process.
  • Complete ECO data monthly compliance requirement.
  • Oversee distribution of assessment protocols and test kits to clinicians.
  • Provide ongoing clinical support to field staff through consultation and observations.
  • Support the EI Director in disseminating information to field staff.
  • Support the EI Director in completing all compliance requirements.
  • Assist the EI Director with implementation of service delivery initiatives and requirements.

Job Title: Senior Clinical Lead - Early Intervention

Pay Range: Based upon experience.

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for submission and maintenance of Early Intervention Job Requisitions
  • Complete interview process to place EI candidates in open positions
  • Complete assigned activities required to issue employment agreements
  • Complete all required candidate management documentation and data entry in required systems
  • Collaborate with the recruiting team through individual and group meetings to ensure alignment on candidates, open positions, and position requirements
  • Complete appropriate follow up activities to ensure that candidates move through the interview and onboarding phase efficiently and timely
  • Work collaboratively with the Nyman onboarding team to support the candidate onboarding process
  • Work with the EI Administrative Assistant to support Partner onboarding requirements
  • Support university outreach, conferences and career fair activities
  • Support clinical and mentorship initiatives for new graduates
  • Provide clinical support to EI team in Philadelphia County
