Job summary

LITTLE MASTERS DEVELOPMENT CENTER LLC is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) to join our Early Intervention team serving children ages 0–3 across New York City. This role provides home-based PT and partners with families in natural environments to support developmental milestones.

The ideal candidate will be licensed in New York State, experienced with pediatrics, and capable of independent work within a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Current New York State Physical Therapist (PT) license required.
• Experience working with pediatric population preferred.
• Early Intervention experience is a plus.
• Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Ability to travel to clients' homes and provide services in their daily environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to children enrolled in the Early Intervention Program in homes and community settings.
• Conduct individualized evaluations and therapy sessions based on each child's developmental needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals.
• Collaborate with families, service coordinators, and other members of the child's multidisciplinary team.
• Educate and coach caregivers on strategies to promote motor development and functional mobility during daily routines.
• Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and required Early Intervention paperwork.
• Support development of gross motor skills, balance, coordination, strength, posture, mobility, and functional movement.

This role involves providing home-based physical therapy services to children ages 0–3 throughout New York City. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping young children achieve developmental milestones and improve mobility while partnering with families in their natural environments.
