Currently, we're hiring for a Junior Recruiter to help achieve our growth goals. The ideal Junior Recruiter is someone with previous experience working with people, great at communication, self-sufficient with the proper training, a team player, and hard working.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the recruiting and vetting process for new candidates for sales roles; typically calling 75-100 applicants daily
• Scan candidates on online job platforms, reach out to those who are qualified
• Report directly to senior management
