About the Role

We’re looking for a driven Junior Recruiter with 3–7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally within high-volume, call center, or customer service environments. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, phone-heavy setting and enjoys building strong pipelines of qualified candidates.

You’ll manage the entire recruiting lifecycle—from sourcing and screening to offer and onboarding—while ensuring a seamless candidate experience. This is an excellent opportunity for a recruiting professional with an agency background looking to transition into a corporate or in‑house talent acquisition environment.

What You’ll Do

Lead end-to-end recruitment for high-volume call center and customer service positions.
Conduct 30+ candidate calls per day, including phone screens, interview coordination, and offer discussions.
Source and build pipelines using job boards, referrals, social media, and creative outreach strategies.
Partner with hiring managers to align recruiting strategies with business needs.
Maintain accurate candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Ensure a positive, professional candidate experience throughout every step of the process.
Track and report key recruiting metrics to meet hiring goals.
Collaborate with HR and Operations to support onboarding and new hire success.

What We’re Looking For

3–7 years of recruiting experience (high-volume or call center strongly preferred).
Proven ability to fill multiple roles quickly in a fast-moving environment.
Comfortable managing multiple requisitions and spending significant time on the phone.
Agency recruiting background a strong plus.
Proficient in ATS systems and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.).
Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
