Job summary

HTU is seeking a recruiter in Franklin, TN, to own the full recruiting lifecycle—meeting with hiring managers, sourcing qualified professionals, and screening consultants to ensure alignment with goals and roles.

You will communicate opportunities, coach candidates for interviews, and maintain ongoing engagement, building strong consultant networks and trusted partnerships to advance careers within a performance-based environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in customer service, leadership, or sales is a plus.
• Experience collaborating in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.

Compensation & Benefits

• Unlimited commission potential.

• Initial base salary of $45,000 after hourly paid training, increasing to $55,000 after one year.
• Top 10% of recruiters earned an average of $68,000 in year one, $130,000 in year two, and $195,000 in year five (2021 data).
