Job summary

Octagon Consulting, LLC is seeking a proactive recruiter to join our team in Houston. The role focuses on building and maintaining a robust candidate pipeline, coordinating interviews by phone or in person, and guiding candidates through the hiring process.

You will evaluate candidates based on interviews and resumes, respond to questions, and consistently meet weekly call and email quotas to help fill open positions.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite.
