Job summary

E Logic seeks a Junior Records Management Specialist to provide operational and analytical support for the USCP Records Management program. You will work under RM leadership to execute day-to-day RM activities, data collection, reporting, and coordination across program offices.

This is a non-personal services contract. You will report to the Prime Contractor HR and RM leadership while collaborating with the COR and RM staff to ensure compliant records management practices and timely

Qualifications

• Associate's degree required; experience in records management is preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of records management execution experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with data analysis ability.
• United States Citizenship is required; U.S. security clearance/background check.
• Ability to work under RM leadership and coordinate with program offices.

Responsibilities

• Support Department-wide records inventories by collecting, validating, and organizing inventory data.
• Assist with records lifecycle activities, including transfers, disposition guidance, and retention schedules.
• Prepare and distribute routine RM communications and newsletters.
• Maintain Records Liaison listings and supporting documentation.
• Participate in RM planning meetings and track follow-up actions.
• Gather analytical data, compile results, and prepare summary reports.
• Assist with training coordination for records liaisons and staff.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and data-oriented materials for RM and OIS.
• Provide general business analysis support and document presentation materials.
• Coordinate onsite support activities for records transport and stakeholder engagement.
