Job summary

E Logic is seeking a Junior Records Management Specialist to support the USCP Records Management program. You will assist with data collection, reporting, and coordination across RM offices under RM leadership and the Prime Contractor for HR matters. This is a government contract-based role with a mix of on-site and telework after acclimation.

Qualifications

• Associates degree required with relevant records management exposure or coursework.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to analyze records data.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in records management analysis.

Responsibilities

• Support RM inventories by collecting, validating, and organizing inventory data from program offices and records liaisons.
• Assist with records lifecycle activities including transfers, disposal guidance, and retention schedules.
• Prepare and distribute routine RM communications for records liaisons and staff.
• Maintain Records Liaison listings and supporting documentation.
• Participate in RM planning meetings and track follow-up actions.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and data-oriented materials related to RM activities.
