Qualifications

• COS/HCCP certifications preferred; willingness to obtain within two years.

Responsibilities

• Complete pre- and post-occupancy tenant file compliance reviews and reports for designated clients.
• Identify and upscale potential problem areas during engagements.
• Research federal and state compliance regulations and apply findings.
• Meet productivity and accuracy benchmarks under supervision.
• Travel domestically 25–35% as workload requires.
