Responsibilities

• Assist with reviews of existing as-is processes and workflows.
• Gather operational information from stakeholders and supporting documentation.
• Support discovery workshops and process review sessions.
• Document process steps, handoffs, decision points, and dependencies.
• Help identify delays, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies.
• Support development of initial future-state workflow components.
• Prepare workflow charts and templates; update SOPs and job aids.
