Job summary

Black Canyon Consulting seeks a Senior Reengineering Specialist to lead complex business process reengineering and workflow modernization across programs and functions. You will evaluate current operations, redesign processes, and spearhead automation initiatives with leadership and technical teams.

Responsibilities include planning, directing, and executing reengineering projects, mapping end-to-end workflows, and coordinating pilot testing.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience leading business process reengineering or process improvement initiatives.
• Experience conducting comprehensive current-state workflow assessments.
• Experience leading stakeholder discovery workshops and process reviews.
• Experience developing end-to-end process maps.
• Strong root cause analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Experience identifying delays, bottlenecks, and administrative burden.
• Experience evaluating automation and digital forms or workflow tools.
• Experience developing SOPs, workflow charts, and RBM materials.
• Experience leading pilot testing and measuring process performance metrics.

Responsibilities
