Qualifications

• College degree or work experience with transferable skills.
• Experience in the financial industry preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to develop comfort level with sales activities to acquire new customers.
• Ability to analyze credit and financial information.
• S.A.F.E. Act registration required via NMLS.

Responsibilities

• Use consultative sales to build customer profiles and identify needs.
• Maintain knowledge of Retail products and propose solutions.
• Schedule appointments and conduct periodic financial reviews.
• Cross-sell to existing customers and engage in outside sales.
• Collaborate with Mortgage, Small Business, and Investment partners.
• Meet or exceed customer experience and production goals.
• Guide CSRs in sales and referrals.
• Maintain confidentiality and ethical behavior.
• Assist in opening/closing Retail products and processes.
• Support consumer loan and bankcard processes.
• Mitigate fraudulent activity and manage risk.
