Responsibilities

Use the consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build a customer profile and identify financial needs.
Maintain knowledge of Retail consumer and small business products/services and recommend solutions.
Reach out to customers and set appointments for periodic financial reviews.
Cross-sell to existing customers and engage in outside sales activities.
Collaborate with Mortgage, Small Business, Commercial and Investment partners to provide holistic solutions.
Meet/exceed customer experience and production goals and contribute to revenue growth.
