• Understanding Retail policies and procedures to exercise good judgment.
• S.A.F.E. Act registration via NMLS is required at employment.

Responsibilities

• Use the consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to identify customer needs.
• Maintain knowledge of Retail products and recommend solutions using our value proposition.
• Utilize CAMP and approved tools to set appointments for periodic financial reviews.
• Cross-sell to existing customers and engage in outside sales activities.
• Collaborate with Business Partners and refer customers for holistic solutions.
• Meet/exceed customer experience and production goals and drive revenue growth.
• Guide CSRs on sales and referral processes.
• Promote customer satisfaction with professionalism and courtesy.
• Follow the Bancorp Code of Business Conduct and Ethics.
• Participate in opening/closing of Financial Center or Bank Mart as directed.
• Keep up to date on Retail procedures to mitigate fraud and risk.
