Responsibilities

• Use consultative sales process to build customer profiles and identify needs.

• Proactively reach out to customers and set appointments for reviews.
• Cross-sell to existing customers and engage in outside sales activities.
• Establish relationships with Business Partners for holistic solutions.
• Meet/exceed customer experience and production goals.
• Guide CSRs on sales/referral processes.
• Promote customer satisfaction with professionalism.
• Open/service full range of Retail products.
• Participate in consumer loan and bankcard process from application to closing.
• Participate in opening/closing of Financial Center or Bank Mart.
• Mitigate fraudulent activity and manage risk.
