Job summary

The Reynolds and Reynolds Company is seeking motivated Entry Level Outside Sales Trainees to join a structured 12-month training program. The classroom component occurs at Reynolds University in Dayton, OH, while field training pairs you with an experienced Sales Mentor in your territory.

After completing the program, you will relocate to a new territory and work to meet monthly and annual quotas, selling high-end software and services to automotive customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to build lasting customer relationships and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a 12-month sales training program with field and classroom components.
• Relocate to a designated territory after training and pursue quotas selling Reynolds products and services.
• Travel 80–100% during training to observe and support sales activities.
