Job summary

The Exception Desk Coordinator role supports pricing decisions, working closely with Sales, Sales Management and Secondary Marketing to review requests below contractual targets.

Responsibilities include analyzing loan files for pricing discrepancies, approving exceptions within guidelines, and communicating trends to management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or related field preferred.
• Strong math and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze pricing requests outside standard or contractual targets.
• Investigate loan files to identify discrepancies and inaccuracies.
• Approve pricing exceptions within established guidelines.
• Communicate discrepancies and trends with Secondary management.
• Manage exception mailboxes and call queues for internal stakeholders.
• Provide excellent customer service to Sales and internal partners.
• Escalate issues and suggest process improvements.
