Qualifications

• Understanding of mortgage secondary markets and investor guidelines.
• Experience with pricing engines such as Optimal Blue.
• Familiarity with Encompass LOS and lock/delivery workflow.
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
• Attention to detail and organizational accuracy.
• 2+ years in mortgage banking or secondary marketing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee pricing, locking, hedging, and sale of loans into the secondary market.
• Perform Best Execution analysis and optimize sale strategies.
• Manage hedge positions and pipeline risk.
• Coordinate loan delivery with investors and maintain rate sheets.
• Support compliance and post-close audit activities.
• Produce regular reports on lock volume, pricing accuracy, and investor performance.
