Job summary

USA Mortgage seeks a dedicated Secondary Marketing Analyst II to support the capital markets team by pricing, locking, hedging, and selling loans into the secondary market. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of MBS, loan pricing, and investor guidelines.

Responsibilities include managing the lock desk, best execution, pipeline risk, and post-close coordination with operations.

Qualifications

• Understanding of mortgage secondary markets, investor guidelines, and loan sale processes.
• Experience with pricing engines such as Optimal Blue and with Encompass LOS integration.
• Advanced Excel and data analysis capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee pricing, locking, hedging and sale of mortgage loans into the secondary market.
• Maintain hedge positions, perform daily lock and trade reconciliation.
• Create and maintain pricing scenarios, investor grids and rate sheets.
• Ensure compliance with investor guidelines and internal policies.
