AmeriHome Mortgage Company, LLC is seeking a Pricing Analyst in California to support the Capital Markets Trading Desk. You will monitor loan pricing, ensure adherence to the Seller Guide and Lock Policy, and communicate price changes for attribute changes, relocks and renegotiations.

The role involves pricing updates, post-trade adjustments, and competitiveness analysis to maximize volume and revenue, with collaboration across client sellers, vendors, and pricing engines.

Responsibilities

• You will participate in day-to-day Lock Desk responsibilities.
• You will monitor and perform loan level pricing activities for the Correspondent and Retail Divisions.
• You will make post-trade adjustments including pricing updates, rolls, pair-offs, extensions, and substitutions.
• You will update, validate, and disseminate daily Best-Efforts pricing.
• You will perform competitiveness analysis and recommend updates to Best Efforts pricing to maximize company volume and revenue.
• You will work with internal and external groups such as client sellers, vendors, product and pricing engines.
