Job summary

AmeriHome Mortgage is seeking a Pricing Analyst in Westlake Village, CA to ensure accurate loan pricing and adherence to the Seller Guide and Lock Policy. You will support the Capital Markets Trading Desk, perform pairoffs and substitutions, and communicate price changes for attribute changes, extensions, relocks, and renegotiations.

You will monitor pricing, update daily Best-Efforts quotes, and conduct market competitiveness analysis to optimize volume and revenue.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
Entry level knowledge of residential mortgage industry in Correspondent or Retail Lending.
Intermediate speaking and writing communication skills.
Intermediate knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations.

Responsibilities

Participate in day to day Lock Desk responsibilities.
Monitor and perform loan level pricing activities for the Correspondent and Retail Divisions.
Make post-trade adjustments including pricing updates, rolls, pair-offs, extensions, and substitutions.
Update, validate, and disseminate daily Best-Efforts pricing.
Perform competitiveness analysis and recommend updates to Best Efforts pricing to maximize company volume and revenue.
Work with internal and external groups such as client sellers, vendors, product and pricing engines.
