Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree or CCUE certification preferred or an Associate degree via NC-CTP.

Responsibilities

• Assist members by phone and in person with routine branch duties.
• Learn cash handling, account origination and maintenance, and basic lending concepts.
• Attend new employee training and complete core modules after onboarding.
• Greet members professionally and ensure confidentiality of their information.
• Process wire transfers, currency exchange, and resolve account issues under supervision.
