Qualifications

• Learn lending and collections basics under supervision.

• Participate in training and achieve milestones within 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Respond to member inquiries in person and by phone, providing courteous service.
• Manage cash drawer and process deposits, withdrawals, and wire transfers.
• Open basic accounts and learn lending, collections, and advisory services.
• Assist with notary services and document organization.
• Maintain branch procedures and learn CXone for customer interactions.
