Job summary

SECU in North Carolina seeks an entry-level Associate MSO to support branch operations, respond to member inquiries, and assist with cash handling, account maintenance, and basic Notary services under supervision.

You will complete extensive training, learn lending and collections fundamentals, and advance through the Consumer Lending Program as you gain experience in a collaborative, member-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Ability to problem-solve and think critically.
• Willingness to complete Core Module Program within 12 months of hire date.

Responsibilities

• Attend training and complete core modules after E&E.
• Greet and assist members in person and by phone.
• Handle cash drawer, account origination and maintenance.
• Process wires and foreign currency transactions as needed.
• Learn lending and collections processes with supervision.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow security procedures.
