Job summary

Medical Diagnostic Laboratories (MDL) in Raleigh, NC seeks an Entry Level Account Manager to grow client revenues and represent MDL’s DNA-based testing portfolio to healthcare providers.

You will educate clients, coordinate solutions with the laboratory, and work with senior sales leadership to develop retention strategies, travel within the territory, and build a strong, long-term client base. The role offers a competitive salary with uncapped quarterly commissions and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of customer service experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficient in MS Office and email/internet.
• Knowledge of laboratory testing products.
• Willing to travel within territory and nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Grow client base revenues by presenting new test information, up selling and seeking out new sources of revenue from existing clients.
• Establish positive long-term client relations.
• Educate and train clients, research problems and coordinate solutions between the laboratory and client.
• Work closely with Senior Sales Executive and Regional Manager to identify client concerns and assist in the development and implementation of client retention strategies.
• Monitor, evaluate, and report level of client satisfaction and recommend appropriate corrective action as required.
• Maintain knowledge of competitors and their presence in assigned territory.
