Qualifications

• 3+ years in a help desk or IT support role with increasing ownership
• Hands-on endpoint/device management, imaging provisioning, hardware refresh
• Strong troubleshooting across hardware, software, and basic networking
• Clear written and verbal communication for tickets and stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the help desk queue: triaging, prioritizing, and resolving tickets
• Manage laptop refresh cycles: procurement, imaging, provisioning, deployment, retirement
• Provide hands-on office and hardware support at Phoenix location and remote support
• Own day-to-day SOC 2 compliance activities and remediation of drift
• Contribute to IT operations projects and tooling/infrastructure initiatives
