S&F Land Services is seeking a junior IT support technician to provide hands-on help in our Phoenix, AZ office. You will troubleshoot software and hardware, handle user inquiries via calls/chats/emails, and work with the IT Manager to resolve issues and document knowledge.

Requirements include two years of IT experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work on-site five days a week. Some travel to other offices may be required for hardware infrastructure work.

We utilize conventional survey methods, terrestrial LiDAR (3D scanning) and UAS aerial LiDAR and photogrammetric mapping to produce standardized and/or customizable deliverables to our clients. Our team tackles topographic and boundary/ROW projects large and small throughout the northwest - supporting projects for federal, state, city, utility, transportation, power/energy, industrial, and private residential/commercial development.

Position Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Junior IT Support Technician to support our IT department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance and helping users by troubleshooting problems.

Required Qualifications:

• Two years of experience in IT
• Good communication skills to work with remote team members
• Ability to work in the Phoenix, AZ office five days a week
  • No remote work for the first 90 days of employment
• Travel to other offices may be required for work on hardware infrastructure
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Duties:

• Identify, investigate, and resolve users' problems with computer software and hardware

• Guide users through diagnostic and troubleshooting processes

• Create and maintain IT documentation records
