Custom Computer Specialists is seeking a Level 1 Deskside Support Technician to join our team in a large corporate environment. The role provides first/second level help desk support and in-person IT assistance to end users.

The ideal candidate has an A+ certification, 1–2 years of hardware/software support experience, and strong customer service and communication skills. On-site role with opportunities to work with MS Office, Antivirus, and Intune.

Qualifications

• A+ certification is required.
• 1-2 years' experience in hardware and software support.
• Industry recognized Help Desk Certification is a plus.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software problems.
• Knowledgeable on software installations.

Responsabilités

• Handle all incoming calls to the help desk via phone, email & walk-in.
• Provide first/second level in-person IT support.
• Resolve Windows related problems and assist with MS Office and antivirus.
• Assist with mobile device management including Intune.
• Provide IT purchasing, invoicing, and pricing assistance.
• Maintain and improve asset data and ITSM ticket queue.
• Assist with AV connectivity for conference/training rooms.
