Job summary

Custom Computer Specialists, Inc. is seeking a motivated Level 1 Deskside Support Technician to join a large corporate IT environment.

You will provide first/second level support for incoming inquiries and desk-side assistance to users, addressing hardware and software issues with Windows platforms and Intune management. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of hardware/software support experience, A+ certification, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• A+ certification and hands-on hardware/software support experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Windows operating systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming help desk calls via phone, email, and walk-ins.
• Provide first/second level support for Windows-related issues.
• Manage mobile device provisioning and Intune tasks.
• Handle IT purchases, invoicing, and asset tracking.
• Maintain and improve asset data and ITSM queue monitoring.
• Assist with AV setup and conference room connectivity issues.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
