Custom Computer Specialists is seeking a Level 1 Deskside Support Technician to provide first/second level help desk support in a large corporate environment. You will assist staff with technical issues and requests, focusing on Windows problems and ITSM ticketing.

Responsibilities include handling calls, supporting Intune mobile device management, and assisting with AV setups in conference rooms while contributing to asset management and IT procurement processes.

Qualifikationen

• Must have A+ certification.
• 1–2 years’ experience in hardware and software support.
• Help desk environment experience is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software problems.
• Familiarity with software installation processes.

Aufgaben

• Handle all incoming help desk calls via phone, email, and walk-in.
• Provide resolution for Windows-related problems.
• Support Mobile Device Management: Intune installations and upgrades.
• Handle IT procurement, invoicing, and pricing of accessories.
• Maintain and improve Asset data and ITSM ticket queue.
• Assist with AV setup and PC connectivity in conference/training rooms.
