Responsibilities include onboarding and offboarding user accounts, supporting Microsoft 365 apps, deploying workstations, and assisting with basic security tasks like MFA. Strong communication to assist non-technical users is essential.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Entra ID.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills across hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Clear communication skills and ability to support non-technical users professionally.
• High school diploma required; additional IT training, coursework, or a related degree preferred.
• CompTIA A+ or similar entry-level IT certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line support for hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Manage user accounts in Active Directory and Entra ID, including onboarding, offboarding, and password resets.
• Support Microsoft 365 apps such as Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
• Prepare and deploy workstations, maintain asset records, and assist with basic security tasks like MFA and compliance checks.
• Escalate complex issues with clear documentation and help improve internal support resources and processes.
