Friedman Real Estate is seeking an IT Specialist in Farmington Hills, MI to handle escalated tickets, manage device lifecycle, user onboarding, and contribute to infrastructure and security initiatives. The role offers growth toward systems administration and security.

You will support Windows devices via Intune, manage Microsoft 365, and assist with onboarding, MFA, and access controls across properties in the metro area.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of IT support experience in a corporate or business environment.
• Working knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Active Directory / Entra ID, and basic networking (DNS, DHCP, VPN, TCP/IP).
• Experience with a ticketing system and working to defined SLAs.
• Hands-on experience with endpoint management tools (Intune, SCCM, or comparable).
• Strong communication skills; able to explain technical issues clearly to non-technical staff.

Responsibilities

• Resolve escalated support tickets for hardware, software, network, and access issues within our Zendesk queue and defined SLAs.
• Manage endpoint lifecycle: imaging, deployment, and support of Windows devices through Intune, and management of the iOS device fleet.
• Perform user onboarding and offboarding, including accounts, licensing, group membership, device provisioning, and access removal.
• Perform day-to-day administration of Microsoft 365: Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Entra ID.
• Support MFA, conditional access, and endpoint security tools, and escalate security events to the appropriate team.
• Provide remote and on-site support for property management and construction staff in the field.
• Support conference room AV, printers, phones, and physical access control systems.
• Document resolutions and maintain knowledge base articles.
• Complete assigned tasks on infrastructure, migration, and security projects.
