Job summary

AD Mortgage is seeking a detail-oriented Junior IT Support Specialist to join our growing IT team in Troy, Michigan. You will provide day-to-day technical support to staff and develop skills toward advanced IT/infrastructure roles.

You will handle first-line hardware/software issues, manage user accounts, and support Microsoft 365 apps while contributing to security tasks and asset management. This is an in-office, full-time role in a modern, cozy office.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Entra ID.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills across hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Clear communication skills and ability to support non-technical users professionally.
• High school diploma required; additional IT training, coursework, or a related degree preferred.

About This Opportunity

We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior IT Support Specialist to join our growing IT team. The candidate will provide reliable day-to-day technical support to our staff while developing the skills and knowledge needed to grow into more advanced IT and infrastructure roles.

Location and Schedule

• This is a full-time, office-based position in a modern, cozy environment in our office in Troy, Michigan.
• Our standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, promoting a healthy work-life balance.

• CompTIA A+ or similar entry‑level IT certification preferred.
